Job Overview
This role sits within the global FP&A team and supports the Products division through data analysis and reporting. The Analyst will work closely with Sales, Product Management, and other cross-functional teams to provide insights that support business decision-making.
The role offers hands-on exposure to financial reporting, business analytics, and global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and maintenance of standard reports related to sales performance, P&L analytics, and key business metrics
- Assist in monthly sales commission calculations and reporting
- Help gather, validate, and organize data from various internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Provide basic analysis on sales trends, product performance, and operational KPIs
- Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from Sales and Product Management teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Product, etc.) to understand reporting needs
- Assist in improving reporting processes, templates, and data accuracy over time
- Participate in training and learning sessions to build financial and analytical capabilities
- All other reasonable duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field required
- Experience:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience (internships, co-ops, or academic projects are acceptable)
- Prior exposure to financial analysis, reporting, or data analytics is a plus but not required
- Languages:
- English required
- Spanish is a plus but not required
