RSi is looking to fill an Analyst II Position to support our UHPO Customer supporting the Business Management Division.
Duties include but are not limited to:

Deals with complex issues which are frequently multidimensional in nature and may cross several programs or functional areas.

Applies skills in analytical, mathematical, or statistical techniques in defining problems, proposing solutions and crafting implementation strategies and recommended courses of action.

Contributes to analytical studies, reports and white papers that support a wide variety of organizational efforts such as but not limited to business process re-engineering, policy formulation, budgetary requirements, workforce planning, continuity of operations, systems integration, strategic planning, program assessment and customer relations.

May propose new procedures, processes and techniques based on analysis of data and information from multiple sources.

Prepares and presents evaluations, proposals and recommendations to officials, working groups, coordinating committees and management. May provide analytical support to functional teams, cells, committees and other task oriented working groups.

Assist the International Programs Industrial Security Analyst in support of the Utility Helicopters Project Office Foreign Release Process, and
-
OCONUS travel and all necessary supporting requirements for OCONUS travel to include submitting APACS requests, submitting TT/IATPs, visit request forms (if required), ensuring all necessary OCONUS training is current/valid, updating travelers' ISOPREPs as needed (SIPRNET access required for this), and provide guidance on obtaining and/or renewing Official No-Fee Passports and visas that are required for OCONUS travel.
Required Minimum Education/Experience/Certifications:

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of two years of relevant work experience.

Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong background in MS Excel, pivot tables, databases, etc.

Fundamental understanding of Army Acquisition Process.
-
Experience in performance of execution analysis.
-
Experience using data-driven insights to improve operations.
-
Experience managing project workflows.
-
Possess skills in creating clear technical documentation.
-
Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights to inform business strategies.
Preferred Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/IT Skills/Certifications:

Good organizational skills.

Possess good oral and written communication skills.

Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve data-related issues efficiently.
Work Environment: Office Environment
Physical Environment (outside, inside, heights, stairs etc.) /Requirements (lifting, heights, bending etc.):

Must be able to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about regularly throughout the day.

Must be capable of extended periods of computer-based work, including data entry and financial analysis.
Other: Must meet eligibility for a Public Trust background investigation for government issues credentials and IT access/applicants must be able to pass a security background check per Redstone Arsenal/MSFC requirements.
