Job Description


The Analyst II supports the creation of high-quality content in the target language. The role involves conducting structured secondary research in target language, translation to English, and basic validation of data as well as contributing to QC and translation improvements, to support Norstella’s mission of delivering actionable pharma intelligence.

Responsibilities


  • The primary tasks or activities this job performs on an ongoing basis.
  • Identify and translate, research key data from public sources in Japanese (e.g., local clinical trial registries, regulatory authorities, company disclosures)
  • Adhere to SOPs and data protocols
  • Meet individual productivity targets and deliver assigned work within expected timelines
  • Participate actively in team discussions and knowledge-sharing activities
  • Undertaking any other reasonable duties as requested by team leads on a permanent or temporary basis


Requirements


  • Specific skills needed to perform this job effectively (leadership skills, selling skills, computer literacy, etc.)
  • Graduate/Post-Graduate Doctorate degree, preferably with a focus on Japanese, business or a scientific discipline
  • Language qualification such as JLPT level 1 or demonstrated equivalent experience in Japanese
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel and Word
  • Strong secondary research skills
  • Prior experience in content translation (Japanese / English) is a plus
  • Prior experience in Quality Assurance is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail, good judgment & ability to prioritize
