GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Gathers key market information and insight from market players and other sources
• Analyzes data, compiles and writes (or assists in writing) quarterly reports
• Compiles quarterly statistics and run database audits
• Assists in forecasting and economic outlook information for clients
• Manages and develops research database(s), connects with our CRM system
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools to create dynamic dashboards and present market insights effectively
• Basic understanding of programming logic and data structure concepts (e.g., SQL, Python, or similar) to support data analysis and automation
• Strong interest in learning and applying new visualization and analytics technologies
• Proactively and routinely updates and maintains property databases
• Participates in development of local requests for research information including market stats and analysis for prospecting, pitch and/or proposal materials
• Trains and orients core business units and administrative assistants on research products, databases and services
• Coordinate with the rest of the Insights & Marketing team to identify future needs and requirements
• Develop knowledge of the Cushman and Wakefield | TR International platforms, integrations, and processes
• Assisting other teams in various aspects of their daily work.
• Responding to internal and external client requests for market data, analysis and comment
• Identifying new ways to exploit existing data and new opportunities for original research
• Work on specialized projects that improve systems and enhance information flow and further automate existing processes

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of local research output and thought leadership. Specifically, this position provides support for gathering and analyzing local market data and interpreting this information to identify trends in the market. Output of the analysis is used to produce research deliverables to be included in pitch and/or proposal materials and reflects various market dynamics.

• Required Bachelor's degree from universities' statistic, urban planning, economy, political sciences, business administration and engineering, ındustrial engineering sciences, mathematic
• 1-3 years' experience in real estate industry or business
• Ability and confidence to relate and work closely with the business
• Experience gathering and analyzing different sources of data
• Proven numerical, digital and analytical skills
• Professional acumen, demonstrated interest in commercial real estate
• Experience in data entry/data management and time series analysis/forecasting
• Responsible for creating interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support internal and client-facing deliverables
• Supports automation and improvement of research processes by applying basic software tools and data scripts
• Verbal communication/ articulate/ polished: strong oral and written communication skills in Turkish and English
