We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst Intern to join our team and contribute to high-impact work in equities research, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and real estate analysis.

Job Description

As an Analyst Intern, you will support our CEO (Princeton, UCLA MBA, Deloitte Consulting) and business teams in evaluating investment opportunities across public markets, private equity, and real estate. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to strengthen your analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills while directly contributing to strategic investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Equities & Market Research: Analyze publicly traded companies, assess stock performance, and track industry/sector trends.
• M&A Analysis: Assist in evaluating acquisition targets, preparing due diligence reports, and building valuation models for potential deals.
• Real Estate Valuation: Conduct research and financial analysis on land, income-generating properties, and market trends.
• Financial Modeling: Build and maintain models (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, market comps).
• Data Analysis: Interpret historical financial data, comparable transactions, and macroeconomic conditions.
• Report Preparation: Create detailed presentations and valuation reports with actionable insights.
• Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and business teams to align analysis with strategic goals.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years in finance, investment analysis, M&A, or real estate (internship experience counts).
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and financial statement interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with valuation techniques (DCF, comps, precedent deals).
• Strong research and data interpretation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience analyzing equities, startups, or real estate markets.
• Knowledge of land valuation or commercial real estate.
• Interest in venture capital, investment banking, or private equity.
