Job Purpose
To manage and continually enhance the IR function of Amlak in line with corporate strategy and annual objectives set out in the annual scorecards and employee job card.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Develop and execute company’s annual IR strategy and goals,

Manage and deliver the IR function tasks and objectives within annual targets/budgets,

Manage and improve shareholders affairs through receiving and responding to shareholder queries (through established and future channels) in consultation with and approval of line manager (and company secretary as may be required),

Prepare, update and enhance all policy and procedures relating to the function in view of industry best practice and in line with relevant regulations (ESCA and DFM as well as others as the case may be),

Maintain/update the shareholders database and develop relationship with top shareholders for shareholders decisions and events,

·Improve/ optimise shareholder mix between institutional and individual shareholding in the company,

Contribute and assist in the AGM event and proxy management,

Produce high quality company Annual Reports, regular IR information packs, other reports and presentations,

Track company stock movements and produce monthly, annually and as required reports on company’s stock performance,

Maintain and utilise data/information agency platforms (e.g. Reuters/Bloomberg/etc.) for producing company stock information reports and equity outlook,

Set up/Coordinate/manage non deal and deal driven investor round table and road shows, locally and internationally,

Develop relationship with market and reputable research equity analysts (sell and buy side) as well as institutional investors and assist in Q&A and meetings,

Review and critically assess equity coverage reports on the company published by equity research analyst and or media and produce internal reports with high quality commentary for senior management’s information,

Produce financial media and investor press releases (in coordination with the Corporate Communication function).

Coordination with other team members within the company or from its portfolio investments
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in finance / Banking / Economics or equivalent,
-
Certification in Investor Relations and related Diploma,
-
Understanding of legal matters,

3 years proven experience in the fields of business, accounting, or Investors Relations at managerial level in a publically listed company,

Experience as an equity research (sell/buys side) analyst will be highly advantageous,
-
International exposure and media experience (editor/reporter) will be highly useful,
-
Proficiency in English and Arabic (Must)
