Analyst - Investor Relations | Macro Hedge Fund

Our Client a boutique macro hedge fund focused on delivering consistent, risk-adjusted returns through innovative investment strategies and advanced technology. Their commitment to transparency and excellence sets us apart in the industry, and we are seeking a dynamic asset raiser to join their team.

Position Overview: As the Analyst of Investor Relations, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with their investors, communicating their investment strategies, and enhancing their brand within the financial community. You will work closely with senior management to develop and execute an investor relations strategy that aligns with their firm’s goals and values.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy to effectively communicate our investment philosophy, performance, and market insights.
  • Manage relationships with existing investors and cultivate new investor relationships through targeted outreach and engagement.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, market updates, and investment strategy insights to investors and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to create compelling materials, including pitch books, presentations, and updates.
  • Organize and coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences, ensuring a high level of professionalism and preparation.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform investor relations strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Act as a key spokesperson for the firm, representing our client at industry events and forums.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
  • 1-5 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related role, preferably within the hedge fund or asset management industry.
  • Strong understanding of multi-strategy trading strategies and the hedge fund landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with institutional investors.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining investor relationships.
  • Highly analytical, with strong financial modeling and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
