</b></p><ul><li>Abstracting the Key information (Financial &amp; Legal) from the Lease Agreements and populating into the Clients Application Software or Excel Spreadsheet.</li>
<li>Abstracting the critical data with interpretational assumption from the Lease Documents and entering in the</li>
<li>Lease Abstract Form.</li>
<li>Analysing the Lease Data and Financial information including CAM (Common Area Maintenance), Taxes, Insurance and other Expense Recoveries</li>
</ul>
 <p><b>Skill Set / Competencies Required
</b></p><ul><li>Very good written English communication</li>
<li>Paraphrasing Formation of Lease Agreements Clauses</li>
<li>Analytical and Reasoning skill</li>
<li>Attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to understand the legal language in the lease agreement</li>
<li>Knowledge in Yardi/MRI/JDE would be added advantage</li></ul></div>
