Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and analyze product and customer usage data to help product management and executive leadership make informed decisions
  • Build and monitor customer data dashboards, identify patterns and set alerts for the same
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering team for successful execution of product features
  • Collaborate with other business functions like marketing and category teams for regular updates on the Nua website
  • Compile reports on recent feature requests and upcoming launches to share with internal stakeholders
  • Liaise with the Product team to set clear objectives for day to day functions and measure against the set KPIs


Qualifications:


  • Have 1-3 years of prior experience with Product Analytics or Product Operations
  • Have good logical thinking capabilities and should be comfortable working with numbers
  • Have no fear to work hands on with APIs and JSON text format
  • Have strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work across teams
  • Be organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables
  • Be passionate about the category and the industry of women’s wellness
