Role Summary

This entry-level role is for individuals who are equally analytical and creative—capable of digging through long PDFs for one crucial data point, while also writing sharp, engaging content that distills financial jargon into clear, user-first language. You’ll research and structure 70+ product variables (fees, benefits, exclusions, etc.), while also creating high-quality content (self-written or AI-assisted) that makes complex financial products easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities

Content Research & Structuring

• Research and extract product details (e.g., credit card benefits, fees, exclusions) from official sources like MITC documents and bank websites.
• Structure and validate 70+ product variables into a clear, consistent, user-ready format.

Content Writing & Editing

• Write concise, engaging content that distills financial products into 1–2 lines of core value.
• Use AI tools to generate drafts, then refine and edit for clarity, tone, and accuracy.
• Maintain consistency in language across all product pages.

Data Accuracy & Updates

• Keep product content updated with new benefits, fees, or exclusions.
• Identify gaps or inconsistencies and ensure timely resolution.

Collaboration

• Work with PMs, design, and business teams to refine how product information is displayed.
• Contribute to improving templates, tone, and structures for financial content.

Learning & Growth

• Build expertise in fintech product communication.
• Upskill in AI tools, SEO, and analytics-driven content improvements.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong research & data validation skills.
• Excellent written English—concise, user-first writing style.
• Attention to detail for financial/technical content.
• Analytical mindset for structuring and improving content.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with any CMS.
• Basic SEO knowledge.
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Prior exposure to fintech or insurance content.
