Role:

Serve as the bridge between the Finance team and the Digital Office team, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of financial requirements.

Leverage your finance expertise to understand and translate financial needs into clear business requirement documents (BRDs).

Collaborate with the Digital Office team on enhancements and implementations in Oracle NetSuite and other tools.

Analyze current finance processes, understand as-is workflows, and develop to-be process improvements and flowcharts.

Propose and implement enhancement ideas to streamline and optimize finance operations.

Ensure all financial solutions meet the organization’s standards and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Customer Creation: Create and maintain customer profiles in our database. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to gather customer information and requirements.
- 2. Project Creation: Assist in project initiation and setup, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order. Coordinate with project managers and teams to establish project timelines and deliverables.
- 3. Understanding SOW: Thoroughly review and analyze Statements of Work (SOW) for each project. Ensure a comprehensive understanding of project objectives, deliverables, and client expectations.
- 4. Resource Allocation: Work closely with project managers and department heads to allocate resources efficiently. Ensure that the right team members are assigned to projects based on skills and availability.
- 5. Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflow efficiency.
- 6. Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients regarding project progress and updates. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- 7. Quality Assurance: Monitor project execution to ensure that it aligns with the SOW and quality standards. Implement quality control processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality results.
- 8. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of project and customer information. Generate reports on project status, resource utilization, and operational metrics.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong background in finance with experience in financial process improvement and transformation.

Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite and other relevant tools like HRMS.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to create detailed BRDs.

Strong communication skills to effectively convey financial concepts and requirements.
