The Role

We're looking for a Services Associate to join our Services team and help deliver high-quality analyst relations programs. You'll be the reliable force that keeps client engagements organized, on track, and impactful—coordinating briefings, managing timelines, and turning data into insights that drive real business value.

This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who's detail-obsessed, loves seeing patterns in data, and wants to learn the AR space from experienced practitioners. You'll work directly with clients, collaborate across teams, and contribute to streamlining how we deliver world-class service.

What You'll Do

  • Keep programs humming: Coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, peer reviews, and client engagements across multiple enterprise accounts
  • Master the details: Track project timelines, deliverables, and shared assets using our ARchitect platform, AR Connect and workflow tools
  • Enable client success: Prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, manage follow-ups, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Tell the data story: Extract, summarize, and polish analyst insights
  • Optimize constantly: Spot opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve how we work—then help implement them
  • Be a team player: Jump in where needed, work flexibly under tight deadlines, and bring a proactive, can-do attitude

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of professional experience in communications, PR, marketing, or a related field
  • Genuine interest in analyst relations, competitive intelligence, or market intelligence
  • Familiarity with current AI tools and a curiosity to push us forward in using new AI tools that deliver high quality results to our customers
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for data integrity
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Collaborative, optimistic energy with a hunger to learn and contribute
  • Proficiency in collaboration and communication tools include spreadsheets and slide creation
  • You spot avoidable mistakes and incredible opportunities before they happen, and don't make the same mistake twice
