Position Summary:
Amkor Technology is currently seeking an Analyst of Sales Operations in our Tempe, AZ office. This position requires developing and driving adoption of solutions that support global Sales systems and business processes. Requires working with cross functional teams on a global scale.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption of standards and help to facilitate the handling of CAPS, TOPS, Rebates
- Support the new customer set up process and ensure compliance
- Prepare and support the creation of training material and facilitated training of the Salesforce application
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Sales applications used, Salesforce, Agile and SAP for issue resolution
- Coordinate across multiple organizations to align and drive initiatives forward
- Responsible for managing programs and driving towards a successful outcome
- Establish close relationships with key decision makers at various levels and groups within Amkor
- Flexibility to travel as needed
- While this position is an individual contributor role, the ideal candidate will collaborate with cross functional teams
Required Qualifications:
- This position requires a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1+ years of sales operations and/or relevant semiconductor industry experience
- Experience developing sales processes and metrics for success
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to interact across all levels of the organization
- This is a career-oriented position that requires flexibility with hours to support the business needs; ability to travel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM application is preferred
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Experience with Teams, Webex or other types of remote meeting tools
- Experience delivering training and presentations to global teams is preferred
Location:
Tempe, AZ. This position has a hybrid schedule. Candidates must reside near the local Amkor office.
