Role Summary

Brightstar.AI is an AI intervention company dedicated to helping mid-level enterprises modernize their IT systems and adopt AI solutions that unlock transformation. As a Technology Analyst, you’ll play a key role in analyzing client IT environments, identifying opportunities for AI and digital transformation, and supporting the delivery of innovative IT services. This is a role for someone who thrives on research, problem-solving, and turning data into insights that shape strategy and execution.

What You’ll Do

• Assess client IT systems, processes, and workflows to identify gaps, risks, and transformation opportunities.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights for IT and AI interventions.

• Support the development of client roadmaps for cloud adoption, enterprise systems upgrades, and AI integration.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders and client executives.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design and deliver IT/AI solutions.

• Research emerging technologies, platforms, and AI tools to inform recommendations.

• Track and document project progress, risks, and dependencies.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in IT analysis, systems analysis, consulting, or related roles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.

• Familiarity with enterprise IT systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and databases.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences.

• Comfort working across multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Exposure to AI/ML technologies, analytics platforms, or automation tools.

• Experience with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

• Industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, AWS, CompTIA, Business Analysis certifications).

• Background in IT consulting, digital transformation, or technology advisory.

• Prior experience working with mid-level enterprise clients.
