- Conduct comprehensive user research, usability testing, and analysis to identify user needs and propose actionable solutions.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design mockups in alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Maintain strict adherence to design system protocols, accessibility standards (such as WCAG), and responsive design best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, quality assurance, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Document key artifacts including design specifications, interaction guidelines, personas, and journey maps.
- Analyze market trends, competitor products, and user feedback to drive iterative improvements.
- Present design concepts and usability findings to internal teams and executive leadership as needed.
- 3-4 years of experience in digital UX design (web and mobile), demonstrated through a strong professional portfolio.
- Proven expertise in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Deep understanding of usability, information architecture, and accessibility standards.
- Experience working in agile and cross-functional environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in planning and conducting advanced user research, workshops, or data-driven projects.
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), analytics, or UX measurement tools.
- Prior involvement in enterprise-level, complex, or regulated domains.
- Experience in healthcare technology products or health-related digital interfaces is strongly preferred.
