ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and build end-to-end customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer to enhance engagement and conversion.
Configure and manage audiences, segments, and triggers using AEP data and real-time customer profiles.
Develop and manage personalized campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels.
Integrate AJO with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, and other martech tools.
Collaborate with marketing, data, and tech teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and tracking.
Monitor performance metrics, analyze campaign outcomes, and recommend optimization strategies.
Create and maintain documentation for workflows, integrations, and campaign templates.
Stay updated with Adobe’s latest updates and best practices in AJO and customer experience management.
