Job Title: Supply Chain Analytics Delivery Manager (AVP equivalent)

Location: Mumbai/Bangalore

Experience Range: 12-18 years

Role Overview:

The role holder will be responsible for managing Supply Chain Analytics delivery projects for our global clients. This individual will lead a team of around 20 professionals, driving project execution, ensuring delivery excellence, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Supply Chain Analytics projects for global clients.
• Manage and mentor a team of approximately 20 analysts and data scientists .
• Partner with client stakeholders to understand business objectives and deliver high-impact analytical solutions.
• Oversee project timelines, quality standards, and delivery outcomes.
• Drive innovation by leveraging Databricks , Machine Learning , and advanced statistical modeling techniques.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration of analytics into demand forecasting, demand planning, and supply chain planning processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in Demand Forecasting , Demand Planning , or Supply Chain Planning .
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Machine Learning frameworks.
• Exposure to O9 platform (good to have).
• Strong expertise in Statistical Modeling and analytical techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and detail orientation .
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationship
