Hiring: Analytics & Operations Manager – Africa

Location: KEPZ, Landhi, Karachi
Travel: Overseas travel required

We are seeking a highly analytical and mathematically strong professional to oversee performance across our five Africa locations.

This is a hybrid leadership role combining advanced data analytics with operational decision-making. All branch sales, stock, and profit data are centralized in Microsoft Power BI dashboards. Your responsibility will be to interpret trends, compare locations, and convert insights into clear, actionable business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, margins, and inventory turnover across all locations
• Identify stock allocation gaps and recommend transfers or pricing strategies
• Compare branch performance using real-time dashboards and KPI reports
• Monitor the financial and operational impact of decisions
• Highlight inefficiencies, operational risks, and growth opportunities
• Drive accountability through data-backed performance tracking

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong academic background in Mathematics, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related analytical field
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, modeling, data analysis)
• Microsoft Power BI experience preferred (advanced dashboard interpretation strongly preferred)
• Strong logical reasoning and critical thinking ability
• Commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset
• Confident in making data-backed recommendations to senior management
