Job Title: Analyzer Service Engineer

Role Overview:
The Analyzer Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, commissioning, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of online process and environmental analyzers (Gas Chromatographs, BTU/Wobbe Index, Oxygen Analyzers, CEMS, pH, Conductivity, TOC, etc.). The role ensures reliable and accurate performance of analyzers as per client specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Commissioning of analyzer systems (gas, liquid, emission) at client sites.

Preventive & corrective maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.

Technical support to clients and internal teams.

Documentation of service activities, calibration certificates, FAT/SAT procedures.

Training end-users on analyzer operation & maintenance.

Ensuring compliance with safety, ISO, and environmental standards.

Coordinating with project teams and traveling for service calls as required.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

4–6 years of experience in analyzer service, instrumentation, or process automation.

Hands-on experience with analyzers such as Siemens, ABB, Yokogawa, Emerson, Thermo Fisher, Hobre, Teledyne, Hach, etc.

Familiarity with sampling systems, CEMS, or hazardous area compliance.

Prior experience in KSA/GCC preferred.
Key Skills:

Strong troubleshooting & analytical skills.

Knowledge of gas/liquid analysis principles and sampling systems.

Ability to interpret P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

Excellent communication & customer service orientation.

Proficiency with calibration and diagnostic tools.
-
Flexibility to travel and work in field environments.
Preferred Certifications (Optional):
-
OEM-specific training (Siemens, ABB, Hobre, Teledyne, etc.).
