Anaplan Consultant

We’re looking for an Anaplan Consultant with strong experience designing and delivering finance-focused models to join a rapidly growing consulting partner. You’ll work directly with finance teams to translate business needs into scalable Anaplan solutions that support planning, forecasting, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhancement of Anaplan models for core finance processes, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability, cost allocation, and regulatory reporting.
• Work with finance stakeholders to understand requirements, define user stories, and turn them into well-structured models and workflows.
• Review existing models and recommend improvements around structure, performance, and usability.
• Support integrations between Anaplan and other systems such as ERP, data warehouses, and reporting tools.
• Facilitate testing cycles, training sessions, and documentation to ensure users are confident and self-sufficient.
• Partner with project managers, solution architects, and business leads to deliver projects on time.
• Stay current on Anaplan best practices and bring ideas for process optimization.

Required Experience

• Hands-on Anaplan model building experience with a clear focus on finance use cases.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
• Experience working with data integrations and familiarity with tools such as Anaplan Connect, APIs, or ETL platforms.
• Ability to work with senior finance stakeholders and explain technical concepts in plain language.
• Anaplan certifications (Model Builder, Level 3, or Solution Architect) are a plus.
