Anchoring & Video Content Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual with strong anchoring skills to join our media & promotions team. The role involves video and audio content development, including conceptualizing and creating promotional video ideas to engage our target audience.

The candidate must be able to develop original content and present it confidently on camera. She will also be required to bring and showcase her own sample promotional videos as part of the selection process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Anchor and present engaging video content for promotional campaigns, interviews, and events.
• Conceptualize, script, and develop video & audio content across digital platforms.
• Generate innovative promotional video ideas aligned with the organization’s branding.
• Collaborate with the marketing/creative team to ensure impactful visual storytelling.
• Ensure high-quality, professional delivery of all anchored and recorded content.

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field.
• Strong anchoring and presentation skills with on-camera confidence.
• Prior experience in video/audio content development and digital promotions preferred.
• Creative thinker with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to deliver content under deadlines.
• Must provide sample promotional videos during application.
