Android App Growth Manager (1–2 Years Experience)

Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad
Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Android App Growth Manager with 1–2 years of experience in app marketing, user acquisition, and ASO. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mobile app funnels and the ability to drive app growth through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns (Google Ads).
• Track installs, retention, DAU/MAU, and performance metrics using Firebase and Google Analytics.
• Improve App Store Optimization (ASO), including keyword strategy, screenshots, and Play Store listing.
• Plan and execute push notifications and in-app engagement campaigns to boost user retention.
• Conduct A/B tests for creatives, onboarding flows, and Play Store assets.
• Prepare performance reports and insights to support app growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in app marketing or app growth roles.
• Hands-on experience with ASO, paid campaigns, Firebase, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good communication skills and understanding of mobile app engagement funnels.
