Android Developer

Location: Chennai (Work from office only)

Experience: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work with outside data sources and APIs (RESTful, JSON, Firebase, etc.).
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and improve application performance.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Android app development.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin and Java.
• Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and third-party libraries.
• Solid understanding of OOPs, MVC/MVVM architecture, and Clean Code principles.
• Familiarity with Firebase, Retrofit, Room Database, and Push Notifications.
• Experience with Git version control and Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Jetpack Compose and Coroutines.
• Understanding of Material Design Guidelines.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitrise, etc.).

Pay: From ₹1,200,000.00 per year
