Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Android Developer with strong hands-on experience in Jetpack Compose and modern Android development practices. The ideal candidate must have experience working on stable, production-level applications and should be capable of contributing across planning, development, testing, and maintenance phases.

Candidates with only legacy Android development experience (Java/XML-based UI) will not be considered.
Strong expertise in Jetpack Compose is mandatory.

Key Skills (Mandatory)

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Jetpack Compose
• Strong experience in Compose Multiplatform
• Basic experience in Android TV app development
• Strong knowledge of MVVM or MVI architecture
• Deep understanding of core Compose concepts:
• Recomposition
• remember
• State Hoisting
• State management in Jetpack Compose
• Side-effects handling in Compose (LaunchedEffect, SideEffect, DisposableEffect, etc.)
• Experience with Kotlin Coroutines & Flow
• Navigation using Jetpack Compose Navigation
• Responsive and adaptive UI design
• API integration using modern Android libraries (Retrofit, Ktor, etc.)
• Experience working on multi-module Android projects
• Experience creating and maintaining custom libraries or shared UI components
• Ability to work on existing stable, production Android applications

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop modern Android applications using Jetpack Compose
• Build cross-platform applications using Compose Multiplatform
• Contribute to architecture planning and technical discussions
• Develop scalable, maintainable, and reusable UI components
• Integrate REST APIs and manage asynchronous operations efficiently
• Optimize app performance and ensure smooth UI rendering
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards
• Support production deployments, debugging, and ongoing maintenance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience publishing apps on the Google Play Store
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of unit testing and UI testing in Jetpack Compose
• Understanding of Android TV design guidelines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
