We are seeking a highly analytical and entrepreneurial Android Engineer Intern to help build the next generation of AI-driven mobile applications at Infilect. You’ll work closely with our core engineering, product, and AI research teams to design and optimize mobile experiences for global enterprise customers.This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building scalable mobile products, working in a deep-tech startup environment, and contributing to impactful AI solutions.

Assist in the design and development of Android applications using Java/Kotlin.

Collaborate with backend and product teams to integrate REST APIs.

Contribute to R&D efforts for on-device AI and image processing optimization.

Work on UI/UX improvements, app performance tuning, and feature enhancements.

Help scale existing Android apps to handle increased data and user complexity.

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical documentation.

Strong programming skills in Java and Kotlin.

Understanding of Android app architecture (e.g., MVVM, MVP).

Basic knowledge of REST APIs and data management (SQL/NoSQL).

Familiarity with Android Jetpack components like Room, WorkManager, and Data Binding.

Understanding of app performance, security, and offline storage concepts.

Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced startup environment.

Experience with TensorFlow Lite or other on-device ML frameworks.

Exposure to cross-platform frameworks like Flutter, React Native, or KMM.
