Description

Schedule: Per Diem

Position Summary -

• Plans, coordinates and provides assistance to the Department of Anesthesia based on the patient’s age, diagnosis and physical status
• Duties:
• Calibrate anesthesia machines
• Trouble-shoot problems with machines
• Stock anesthesia supplies
• Turn over circuit, wipe down machine and lines between surgeries
• Spike lines428
• Take specimens to the lab
• Assist in emergencies
• Set up rapid infuser
• Set up for cases in other procedural sites in the hospital
• Check expiration dates
• Run blood gases and glucose checks
• Assist with other tasks as needed
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year experience
• BLS
