Position Overview

Prime Physicians Tri Provider is seeking three (3) Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiology Physicians to provide onsite services at the Hampton VA Medical Center in Hampton, Virginia.

Location: Hampton VA Medical Center, 100 Emancipation Dr., Hampton, VA 23667

Schedule: Full-time, on-site (daytime shifts with night home call rotation)

Compensation: $190/ HR

Contract Duration: Base year plus four (4) one-year options

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Anesthesiology services to eligible veterans.

• Deliver care consistent with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Guidelines and recognized national standards.

• Perform all duties typically expected in a modern, fully equipped hospital operating suite.

• Participate in clinical documentation, patient safety, and ongoing quality initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder (required)

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Anesthesiology

• Active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory

• BLS, ACLS, and ATLS certifications (current and valid)

• Must have been clinically active within the last 6 months

• Ability to pass VA credentialing and privileging process (approx. 6 weeks)
