Imran Idrees Group of Companies is a leading organization operating a network of hospitals and renowned teaching institutes, is seeking an experienced and committed Anesthetist to join and lead our anesthesia team. This leadership role offers an excellent opportunity for a qualified anesthetist to contribute to high-quality perioperative care within a dynamic clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Administer anesthesia during surgical and diagnostic procedures ensuring patient safety and comfort.

· Lead, manage, and support the anesthesia team, including junior doctors and technical staff.

· Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

· Supervise pre-operative assessments and post-operative recovery protocols.

· Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and medical regulations.

· Participate in staff training, clinical audits, and quality assurance programs.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

· MBBS with specialization in Anesthesiology ( MCPS, FCPS, or equivalent).

· Valid PMDC/PMC registration.

· Minimum 3–4 years of post-specialization experience in clinical anesthesia.

· Proven leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.

· Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and care.
