Animal Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Care: Feeding animals, providing them with water, and ensuring their immediate needs are met.
• Hygiene & Cleaning: Cleaning animal enclosures, equipment, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the facility.
• Health & Well-being: Monitoring animals for signs of illness, performing basic health checks, and assisting with treatments as directed by a veterinarian or nurse.
• Exercise & Socialization: Taking animals out for walks, grooming them, and socializing them to promote their physical and mental health.
• Veterinary Support: Assisting veterinarians and veterinary nurses with handling animals during examinations or procedures.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed records of animal care, health, feeding, and treatments.
• Administrative Support: Performing tasks like preparing medication, ordering supplies, and sometimes administrative or reception duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
