Animal Keeper / Handler

• Daily Animal Care: Provide food and water regularly according to scheduled routines.
• Health Monitoring: Observe animals’ behavior and health, and report any signs of illness or injury.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep enclosures or housing areas clean, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
• Safe Animal Handling: Apply proper handling techniques to minimize stress and ensure safety for both animals and staff.
• Veterinary Support: Assist veterinarians or specialists during medical examinations or treatments.
• Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate records of feeding, health, and behavioral observations.
• Training and Behavioral Enrichment: Participate in training or enrichment programs to encourage adaptation and positive behavior.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to occupational safety procedures for both animals and staff.
