Job Title: Animation Faculty / Animation Trainer

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and skilled Animation Faculty to teach students the fundamentals and advanced concepts of animation, multimedia, and visual storytelling. The candidate should be proficient in industry-standard animation software and capable of guiding students in 2D/3D animation, graphic design, and multimedia projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach 2D and 3D animation concepts to students as per curriculum.
• Train students in software such as Adobe Animate, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Blender, Maya, etc.
• Develop lesson plans, assignments, and practical projects.
• Guide students in storyboarding, character design, and visual effects.
• Conduct practical sessions in animation labs.
• Evaluate student performance through projects and assessments.
• Organize workshops, exhibitions, and creative activities.
• Keep updated with latest animation trends and tools.
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure effective usage of resources.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of animation principles and multimedia design.
• Proficiency in animation and graphic software.
• Creativity, visualization, and storytelling ability.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to mentor students for competitions and portfolio development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Certification in animation software is preferred.
• Prior teaching/training experience is an advantage.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in animation teaching/training or industry experience.
