Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Animation Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in 2D and 3D animation, graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and UI/UX design tools like Figma and Adobe XD. You will be responsible for training students and professionals, creating curriculum-based content, and delivering engaging sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on:
• 2D & 3D Animation
• Graphic Design (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Video Editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Motion Graphics (Adobe After Effects)
• UI/UX Design (Figma, Adobe XD)
• Design and update course curriculum as per industry standards.
• Provide hands-on project-based learning and real-world assignments.
• Evaluate and track the progress of students.
• Offer support, mentorship, and feedback to learners.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in the animation and design industry.
• Assist in conducting workshops, webinars, and events when required.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Strong command over:
• Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro
• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
• Blender / Maya / 3ds Max (for 3D animation)
• Figma and Adobe XD (for UI/UX design)
• Knowledge of animation principles, storytelling, timing, and character rigging.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Previous training or mentoring experience preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Multimedia, Design, or a related field.
• Industry experience in animation/video production/graphic or UI design.
• Certification in relevant tools/software (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
