Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualization & Ideation:

Develop creative animation concepts aligned with real estate branding, marketing campaigns, and client briefs.

• Storyboarding:

Create detailed storyboards that translate scripts, narratives, and marketing objectives into engaging visual sequences.

• Design & Visualization:

Design characters, environments, layouts, property walkthroughs, infographics, and visual elements relevant to real estate projects.

• Animation Production:

Produce high-quality 2D and/or 3D animations, motion graphics, explainer videos, and promotional films for digital, social media, and presentation use.

• Timing & Motion:

Ensure smooth animation flow with precise timing, pacing, and transitions that enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.

• Collaboration:

Work closely with copywriters, graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and account teams to deliver cohesive creative outputs.

• Audio & Dialogue Coordination:

Assist in syncing animations with voice overs, background scores, sound effects, and dialogue where required.

• Editing & Compositing:

Collaborate with editors to composite animation layers, integrate VFX, and refine final outputs.

• Client & Deadline Management:

Adhere to production timelines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver as per client expectations and brand guidelines.

Skills & Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and animation/VFX tools.
• Strong understanding of motion graphics, animation principles, and visual storytelling.
• Experience managing camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects to produce final films.
• Knowledge of real estate visuals (walkthroughs, elevations, master plans) is a plus.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into impactful animations.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
