Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless dining experience. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to manage guest flow, and a commitment to maintaining a positive atmosphere within the establishment.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the dining experience.
• Provide accurate wait times and communicate effectively with guests.
• Assist in resolving any guest concerns or conflicts promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Supervise dining room operations during peak hours, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Conflict management abilities to handle challenging situations gracefully.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
• Leadership qualities to supervise staff effectively during busy periods.
• Experience in a casino or similar fast-paced environment is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
