Needed for busy family practice office to perform Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) for Medicare patients. Duties include obtaining vitals, screening patients for health risks, ordering wellness screenings, performing injections, monitoring ED/TOC dashboards. Excellent opportunity to advance the care team and promote patient care.

Pay: $29.00 - $33.00 per hour
