Job Description

• 2 to 4 years’ experience.
• ·Input data for new variable and fixed annuity paperwork by entering data into administrative systems.
• Create product profiles for MYGA’s, Fixed Index, Registered Linked-Index and Variable Annuities based on specimen contracts, product disclosures.
• Data complies with all company and site policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate a thorough understating of annuity products, associated riders and product features in the competitive landscape.
• Communicate clearly and consistently utilizing Microsoft Teams

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal IT teams and external service providers as needed.

• ·Resolve incidents and service requests in-person, over the phone, and remotely.
• Work with our IT Team, offering suggestions on how to improve tracking of critical data and improve monitoring systems.
• When necessary, review product profiles and update new enhancements to existing products.
• Maintain and update rider elements to support rider quoting and illustrations.

Your Qualifications

• Work experience in the financial services industry supporting annuity sales and marketing.
• Experience working with financial institutions (banks, warehouses, national/regional wholesalers, broker dealers and independent broker dealers).
• You are a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a behind-the-scenes environment that supports thousands of financial advisors
• 4-year college degree preferred but not required.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Demonstrated accuracy in maintaining and managing detailed accurate information.

• This is a hybrid position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
