Job Description: Ansys Simulation (CFD & ANSYS Fluent)

Position: Ansys Simulation (ANSYS)

Key Responsibilities:

• System Design & Development:
• Perform CFD Analysis, stress-strain analysis, and other mechanical simulations.
• Perform Ansys Fluent
• Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BoM) and Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for designs.
• Fabrication & Manufacturing:
• Collaborate with fabrication teams for sheet metal and structural fabrication processes.
• Optimize designs for tolerances, nesting, and efficient manufacturing.
• Conduct market surveys to source materials and components aligned with project requirements.
• Site Visits & Execution:
• Travel to project sites within India and internationally for design implementation and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design integration and on-ground problem-solving.

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 3+ years in mechanical design, with hands-on experience in Ansys Fluent, CFD Analysis.
• Skills & Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of metal characteristics, structural fabrication, and tolerances.
• Proficiency in drafting, nesting, and creating detailed technical documentation.
• Ability to perform CFD and stress-strain analyses in ANSYS
• Willingness to travel for site execution (Passport is mandatory).
