About Us

We are a new, design-forward clear-aligner company entering the Turkish market, bringing a refined, clinician-focused approach to orthodontic aesthetics. As we expand into Antalya, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to help build relationships with dentists, introduce our brand to the region, and support event-based outreach.

Role Overview

This hybrid position combines remote work with in-person visits to dental clinics, private practices, and aesthetic offices across Antalya. You will be the face of the brand—driving awareness, generating new accounts, and helping organize educational sessions, meet-ups, and launch events for dentists.

Key Responsibilities

-Visit dental offices and aesthetic clinics to present our aligner solutions

-Build, nurture, and manage relationships with dentists and office managers

-Organize small events, presentations, and meet-and-greet sessions for prospective providers

-Conduct remote follow-ups, schedule meetings, and manage a simple CRM

-Assist with local marketing, sampling, and brand introduction activities

-Provide ongoing support to new clinics during onboarding

- Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications

Required:

- Extroverted, friendly, and comfortable speaking with new people

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently

- Organized, punctual, and reliable

- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Antalya

- Ready to start immediately

Preferred (but not required):

-Experience in dental, orthodontic, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales

-Background working with dentists, aesthetic clinics, or wellness practices

- Event organization or field-marketing experience

-English proficiency
