Candidate should possess strong language skills, knowledge of best practices in World Language instruction and work well in a collaborative and standards-based environment. The selected teacher will: Develop lesson plans and instructional materials and provide individualized and small group instruction in order to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each pupil; Set specific objectives wherever possible in lesson preparation and weekly lesson plans and carry through presentation to effectively achieve these objectives; Plan class activities and lesson presentations that are age-appropriate for the class and meet the individual needs, interests and ability levels of all pupils.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess or be eligible for NJ Secondary Teaching Certificate in Spanish
  • Ability to integrate technology in the classroom

12/15/2025 - 6/30/2026

Salary:
$61,695 - $74,650/year (prorated based on the duration of assignment.)
