Antitrust Attorney

Marley & Associates is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an Am Law 50 firm for a high-caliber associate to join its Tier 1 Antitrust & Competition practice.

The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years of experience (law school classes 2019–2023) handling sophisticated antitrust matters, including civil litigation, DOJ and FTC civil conduct investigations, and criminal enforcement proceedings. A strong foundation in substantive antitrust law is essential.

Experience interacting with federal enforcement agencies, and particularly prior DOJ or FTC service, is highly desirable. Outstanding academic credentials and experience working on complex, high-stakes matters are essential.
