YOUR ROLE IN THE FAMILY:

Posting A/P invoices (with focus on A/Ps without PO’s), reconcile vendor statements, liaison with vendor contacts ·

Handle all Employee Expense Reports – Reimbursement

Manage Company Credit Cards

Process all incoming mail and emails (accounting.us) and forward invoices to SAP

Processing Bank Deposits

Performs full set of accounts and ensures timely closing of accounts

Monitors and records of financial transactions according to organizational policies and regulations

Reviews and improve accounting and administrative controls

Assist with other accounting projects as assigned

Demonstrates exceptional organization, planning, communication (written and verbal), and analytical skills paired with an aptitude for numbers

Highly organized and able to prioritize with the ability to meet deadlines

Demonstrates precision and reliability; able to work autonomously while being consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details

Maintains a safe and secure work environment, including correcting unsafe acts/conditions, facilitating safety meetings, performing safety inspections, and investigating accidents, as required

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR TO JOIN OUR FAMILY?

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business, Economics, Finance or similar field

2+ years of accounting experience

Knowledge of Sales Tax Regulations

Experience working with SAP programs and electronic invoice approval systems preferred Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills preferred

Ability to handle sensitive and proprietary information in a confidential manner

The employee is required to have visual acuity to perform an activity such as operate production machines where the seeing job is at or within arm’s reach

This position is exposed to occupational hazards, including but not limited to high noise levels, physical obstacles, exposure to chemicals, etc.

Must wear appropriate safety glasses, hearing protection, clothing, and footwear in appropriate areas and follow safety practices
