What we are seeking
A detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our accounting team. This role is responsible for processing vendor invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations in a manufacturing environment.

- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2 or more years of accounts payable or accounting experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP accounting systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with three-way matching preferred.
- Understanding of inventory and purchase order processes preferred.
- Experience working with large invoice volumes preferred.
Knowledge of sales and use tax basics preferred.
What you will do day to day
- Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and timely.
- Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices and code to proper accounts.
- Monitor AP Email account to receive and print invoices and vendor correspondence.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor issues.
- Prepare weekly check runs and ACH payments.
- Maintain vendor files and W-9 documentation.
- Reconcile vendor statements and AP aging.
- Assist with month-end close activities and accruals.
- Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
- Support audits and special accounting projects as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
