Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of beauty services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. Must have minimum of 2 years Of experience working in a Medspa and strong sales skills

Duties

• Perform skin assessments and recommend appropriate treatments based on individual client needs.
• Administer various skincare services, including facials, body waxing, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments.

• Utilize salon software such as Boulevard for scheduling appointments and managing clients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area and equipment.
• Educate clients on skincare products and routines to enhance their results.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up care.

Skills

• Proficient in waxing and various skincare techniques
• Familiarity with salon software systems is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive client experience.
• Knowledge of current trends in esthetics and beauty treatments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
