Responsibilities:

• Champion safety by adhering to all company, manufacturer, and FAA standards.
• Perform and document maintenance in full compliance with the Repair Station Manual (RSM).
• Inspect and report any irregularities or potential hazards to leadership.
• Maintain accountability for tools, parts, and materials to ensure efficient operations.
• Keep the workspace organized and safe for all personnel and equipment.
• Provide detailed progress reports to support smooth shift transitions.
• Stay current on all manual, policy, and procedural updates.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Hangar Lead or Repair Station Manager.

Requirements:

• Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.
• Experience with helicopter airframes preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and web-based programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail , ability to learn quickly , and a proactive mindset.
