What you’ll be doing?
We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable processor to help support our internal services team. This role will report to Finance. This role can be full-time remote after a brief training period.

• Process vendor payables in bill payment systems
• Review, approve and process expense reports and credit card charges in expense system
• Issue 1099’s
• Set-up projects and tasks in the appropriate systems
• Enter and maintain vendor records, acquire W9’s
• Record cash receipts
• Process finance credit cards
• Ensure that we’re properly licensed and registered with the appropriate government agencies for locations where we do business and/or have employees
• Set up and archive new and departing employees in timekeeping system
• Documentation of assigned processes and procedures
• Month end duties as assigned

We want you to have:

• 2 years accounts payable experience
• Preference to candidates who are fluent in Spanish or Thai
• Desire to contribute in a team focused, rapidly growing, fast paced environment
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Excel including use of pivot tables and Vlook-ups
• Ability to identify and recommend process improvements
• Ability to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment required
• Ability to work independently and on timelines while following a defined process
• Nice to have – Experience with Coupa and Intacct
• Preference to candidates with an accounting associate’s degree or completion of an accounting certification program

The hourly rate for this position is $25 – $30 per hour. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
