AP & Staff Accountant

In this role, you won’t just manage numbers, you’ll help drive financial clarity and support operations across a portfolio of hotel properties.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take ownership of key accounting functions and play an essential role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly:

• Oversee accounts payable, including invoice processing, expense reports, and vendor payments
• Execute monthly close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Post daily sales and cash entries with precision
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Partner with General Managers to provide meaningful financial insights
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Assist with tax filings, including monthly sales tax

Qualifications:

• Experience in accounting or finance
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience with QuickBooks, M3, Innflow, or similar systems
• Solid understanding of GAAP and accrual accounting
• Hospitality Accounting experience required

Physical Requirements

This role involves a mix of sitting, standing, and walking, along with occasional lifting (up to 15 pounds). Regular computer use is required.
