Apartment Community Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be hard working self-starter, responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of facilities and equipment through routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.

This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Must have experience in apartment maintenance, including light electrical, plumbing, painting, interior and exterior apartment repairs and janitorial. Must also be available for on-call; live within 45 minutes of the communities and have a valid California Driver’s License and auto insurance; and pass a criminal and DMV background check.

Duties

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance on facilities to ensure optimal operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including logic controllers and other related components.
• Conduct residential painting tasks as needed to maintain the aesthetic appearance of facilities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
