Apartment Leasing Agent

Now Hiring a Leasing Agent for a fast-paced apartment community.

The perfect candidate must exhibit patience, be comfortable with face-to-face interaction, manage time wisely, be detail-oriented, professional, and enjoy servicing prospects and existing residents in a positive manner. Proficiency with computers is required. Experience in property management/real estate is required.

Some duties include:

• Answering phones and greeting guests
• Sales demonstration and closing
• Qualifying prospective residents
• Assisting residents and maintenance staff with service requests for repairs
• Assist in maintaining a customer-centric environment

We have a full-time leasing agent position (40 hours per week):

• Thursday through Monday every week

We offer full-time employees Health, Vision, and Dental Benefits; paid holidays and 401k, etc. Hourly pay negotiable based on experience. A monthly bonus structure will be provided. Applicants must be able to pass a drug, criminal, and credit screening. Must be 18 or older to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
