Thornhill Properties is seeking an energetic, professional, and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our growing team. We manage a diverse portfolio of apartment communities and residential properties throughout Baltimore City and County.

The ideal candidate is personable, organized, sales-oriented, and passionate about providing an exceptional resident experience from first tour through move-in.

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours for prospective residents
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
• Process rental applications and assist with applicant screening
• Prepare leases and move-in documentation
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and community features
• Follow up with prospective residents to convert leads into signed leases
• Assist with resident relations and customer service requests
• Coordinate marketing efforts and online listings
• Maintain leasing traffic reports and CRM records
• Work collaboratively with property management and maintenance teams

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Multifamily property management experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with AppFolio or other property management software preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
