Position Details

• Part-time and Full-time opportunities available
• Commission-only compensation structure
• No salary or benefits provided

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients in finding apartments that fit their needs and budget
• Conduct apartment tours and communicate with leasing offices
• Build relationships with apartment communities across Denver
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the locating process
• Maintain communication with leads and prospective renters

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Passion for helping clients and providing excellent service
• Reliable personal vehicle required
• Familiarity with the Denver area is a plus
• Real estate or leasing experience is helpful but not required
